Purcellville council open to proposal for resort, restaurant, welcome middle | Information

Members of the Purcellville City Council mentioned at a July 25 assembly that they typically help a proposal to develop a seven-acre parcel simply exterior city limits alongside Route 287 and Saint Francis Court docket.

Builders envision constructing a boutique resort, a 5,000-square foot fueling middle, a 5,000-square-foot farm-to-fork type restaurant and a 5,000-square-foot “welcome middle” with a market, supposed to function a gateway to the city of Purcellville. The event is quickly known as Cardinal Nook.
